Fresha is known for two things at once: software to run the business, and a marketplace where people look for a place to book. That marketplace can bring new customers, and Fresha charges a one-time fee for each new customer who finds you there.
Mayel does not try to bring you customers from a directory. It gives you a public page you share on your own channels, and it puts its effort into what happens once the customer is yours: the record with her allergies and consents, the packages she uses over months, the product each treatment consumes, the commission each specialist earns and a cash closing that adds up.

Does Mayel charge a fee for new customers, like Fresha’s marketplace?

Will new customers find me through Mayel?
