Rooms
Add the spaces where you see customers and tell MAYEL which treatments are done in each one.

Rooms are the physical spaces where you see customers. Using them is optional: without rooms, appointments are booked just the same, only without an assigned space.
1In the Schedule, tap Rooms and then Manage the rooms.
2Tap Create room.
3Enter the Name (for example, Room 1).
4Under Compatible treatments, check the treatments that can be done there. If you check none, the room works for all of them.
5Tap Save changes.
Room statuses
Active: can be assigned to appointments.
Under maintenance: temporarily out of service. Can’t be assigned.
Inactive: no longer in use. Can’t be assigned.
You choose the status when editing the room. When booking, MAYEL checks that the room is active, compatible with every treatment in the visit and not taken at that time.
Do online bookings take rooms into account?
Yes. If the treatment requires a room, the public page only offers times with an active, compatible and free room. Your customer never sees which room they’ll be in.
