A treatment only needs a Name, a Category and a Duration to be bookable. Everything else is optional and folded away: open it only if the treatment needs it.
1In Catalogue, tap Register → Create treatment.
2Fill in Essentials: name, category and duration in minutes.
3If the first session takes longer, enter its duration in First time (optional). The schedule reserves that time for anyone who has never had the service.
4Under Price, enter the Base price (optional). Leave it empty if you quote case by case: it will show as Price per case.
5Add photos and, if you want your customers to see it and book it online, turn on Show on the public page.
6Tap Create treatment.
Optional sections worth a look
Clinical requirements: for example, Requires a signed consent: without consent, the appointment can’t be finished.
Rooms and inventory: the rooms where it can be done and the recipe of products each session uses. When the appointment is finished, those quantities come off the inventory on their own.
Protocol and follow-up: the steps for your team, and Requires follow-up, which creates a task when the appointment ends.
Variant of (optional): groups versions of the same service, like “Avocado facial” under “Facial”.
Is the base price fixed?
No. It’s a starting point: at checkout it can be adjusted on each sale, with a reason. If you fill in the Promotional price (optional), checkout uses that one.
Do my customers see the internal description?
Never. The public page only shows the Public description.
