MAYEL brings your business’s whole day into one place: customers, schedule, clinical records, sales, cash register, inventory, expenses and reports. Each step records what the next one needs, so nobody enters the same thing twice.
The setup guide
The first time you sign in with a new business, MAYEL greets you with a full-screen guide, one question at a time.
1Tap Let’s begin.
2In Your clinic, enter the name, upload your logo, check the time zone and currency, and mark the days and hours you’re open. Tap Save, then Continue.
3In Payments, review the payment methods that come ready with Review payment methods, or tap It is fine as it is.
4In Your team, tap Invite someone to send an invitation with their role, or Continue.
5In Treatments, tap Add a treatment. The schedule, the cash register and your public page all read from that list.
6In Public page, tap Set up my page and decide when to publish it.
Your first 30 minutes
Opening hours: without them, the schedule can’t work out free times and the public page offers no slots.
Treatments: add the ones you sell most, with their duration and price.
A customer and an appointment: add a real person and book them an appointment to see the whole journey.
A sale: charge that appointment to get to know the cash register.
While something is missing, Today shows the Finish setting up your clinic card with your progress. Tap a step to go straight to its screen, or Continue the guide to go back.
Who can use the guide?
The Owner, the Administrator and the Manager.
I hid the card and it came back. Why?
Hiding it is remembered on the device, not on your account. On another device it shows up again while something is missing; hide it there too.
