Export your data
Download all your business’s information, with its photos and documents, to keep it or take it elsewhere.

Your information is yours. The Full export puts into a ZIP an Excel file with every record (customers, appointments, clinical records, sales, payments and more) and a folder with your photos, documents and receipts.
1Open Settings → Export my data.
2Tap Prepare export.
3Wait a few minutes. MAYEL emails you when it’s ready.
4Come back to the same screen and, in Recent exports, tap Download.
You can export at any time, including while your account is read-only or paused.
Who can export?
Only the business’s Owner.
I only want my customers. Is there something simpler?
Yes. In Customers, the directory’s export button downloads your customers in an Excel file.
