Inventory and movements
See what’s on the shelf and record stock coming in, going out, adjustments and losses, each with its reason.

In MAYEL you never type “there are 12 now”. Every change in stock is a movement with a type, quantity, date and who made it. The history is permanent: a mistake is fixed with a new movement.
What moves on its own
Selling a product at checkout records a Sale.
Cancelling a sale with products records a Return.
Finishing an appointment for a treatment with a recipe records Used in a treatment, marked Automatic.
Receiving stock from a purchase records a Purchase.
Record a movement by hand
1In Inventory, tap Record movement.
2Under What is happening, choose Purchase, Sale, Return, Adjustment or Loss.
3Choose the product. You’ll see how many are On the shelf and how many will be left.
4Enter How many. If the same event affects several products, tap Add another product.
5Enter the Reason and tap Record movement.
The Movements tab is the business’s inventory ledger: what came in, what went out and what was Adjusted or lost in the period, with who recorded it.
How do I know what to order?
Open the Below the minimum view in Stock. It uses each product’s Minimum stock: it’s your shopping list.
Why did a product go negative?
Almost always because an incoming movement is missing, like a purchase that arrived and nobody received in the system. It only happens if Allow negative stock is on in Settings → Inventory.
