The Today screen
See at a glance what needs attention, what work is waiting and how the day is going.
Reviewed on Saturday, October 24, 2026
Today is the first screen you see when you sign in. It has three tabs, and each one answers a question.
For today: what needs attention, sorted by urgency.
Pending: the work that’s waiting: follow-ups, tasks and checklists.
The day: today’s schedule, alerts, the day’s and the week’s numbers, and recent activity.
For today: notices that end in an action
Each notice says what’s happening and how many cases there are, its urgency (Now, Today or Soon), the criterion MAYEL used to detect it, and a button that takes you to fix it. For example: the cash register was left open, products are at their minimum, or today’s appointments aren’t confirmed. Once the cause goes away, the notice disappears on its own.
In Card options you can Mark as done, Remind me in a week or Stop showing this.
Pending: one queue for everyone
1To create a task, tap New task and type What has to be done.
2Choose the Priority, the date if it has one, and Who does it (optional). In Repeats you can choose Every day, Every week or Every month.
3Tap Add the task.
4When it’s done, tap Complete…, add a note if you like, and tap Confirm.
Why don’t I see the For today tab?
The Specialist role doesn’t have it; it opens straight on the other tabs.
Where do follow-ups come from?
MAYEL creates many of them on its own: after a no-show, when a package has one session left, or when a customer doesn’t come back on time. You can also create them from the customer’s record.
