Read your reports
Understand how your business did in a period and what changed compared with its own history.

Each report opens with its answer in one sentence, then shows the figures behind it. Choose the period below the title: it stays put when you switch tabs, and many figures are compared with the previous period of the same length.
Overview: the key figures, What changed, Retention and Capacity.
Financial reports: sales, complements, services, specialists, top customers, where the money came from, balances and packages, and inventory.
Operational reports: appointments, customers, leads and what customers said.
Three figures worth understanding
Net sales: what was collected minus what was refunded in the period. It’s money, not what was sold.
Estimated margin: what finished services left after supplies and commissions. It isn’t the business’s profit: it doesn’t include rent, salaries or taxes.
Occupancy: hours booked divided by hours available. It needs your business hours to be set up.
Why can’t I see the financial reports?
Only the Owner, Administrator and Manager see them. Front desk and Clinical lead see the operational ones; Specialist has no access to reports.
A service’s margin looks very high. Is it real?
It’s calculated from the treatment’s recipe, and a supply with no cost counts as zero. If many services are missing costs, MAYEL warns you.
