Products and complements
Record what you sell or use in the treatment room, and decide what to offer alongside each service.

Products are what the business sells or uses: retail creams, supplies, disposables. Complements are what’s worth offering alongside a service; MAYEL suggests them during the appointment and at checkout.
Create a product
1In Catalogue, tap Register → Create product.
2Enter the Name and choose What kind of product is it?: Retail, Internal use, Disposable or Supply.
3If you sell it, enter the Sale price (optional). Add the Cost (optional) so your profitability reports are accurate.
4If you already have units on hand, enter the Opening stock (optional) and the Minimum stock (optional).
5Tap Create product.
Add a complement
1Tap Register → New complement.
2Choose the Service it goes with and the Complement (a treatment or a product).
3Choose How it relates: Add-on, Upgrade or Cross-sell.
4If you like, enter the Price when offered together (optional) and a Suggested phrase (optional) for your team.
5Tap Add complement.
Can I correct stock when editing a product?
No. Stock only changes through movements, so there’s always a history. Use Record movement.
Does the customer see the suggested phrase?
Never. Your team sees it under How to offer it at checkout.
