Your business starts with 21 days of MAYEL Pro, with everything included and no card needed. Inviting your team doesn’t restart the trial, and in Settings → Plan and billing you can see when it ends (Free trial until).
Choose your plan
1Open Settings → Plan and billing.
2In Choose your plan, decide How often to pay: monthly or Yearly · 2 months free.
3Tap Choose Esencial or Choose Pro and complete the payment.
If you choose during the trial, the charge happens right away, but the period you pay for starts when the trial ends: you don’t lose a single free day.
Esencial or Pro
Esencial: schedule with rooms and specialists, customers and their history, treatments, payments and cash counts, expenses, inventory with alerts, reports and your public page with online booking. Up to 3 specialists.
Pro: everything in Esencial, plus leads and campaigns, follow-ups and customer win-back, the full clinical record, assessments and consents, photos and documents for every session, treatment plans and packages. Includes 5 specialists, and you can add more.
Do you charge per user?
No. You pay for the specialists who see clients. Front desk, managers and the owner get in at no cost, each with their own account.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving to Pro applies right away and you pay only the difference for the period. Moving to Esencial applies at your next renewal, and whatever you created with Pro can still be read.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you like from your account and keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
