Balance and money movements
See how much your business has in each account, why it changed, and record money that isn’t a sale or an expense.

Cash flow is where you read the business’s money. At the top you see In every account, the balance right now, and with See the accounts each account on its own. Below are two tabs: Balance and Movements.
Balance: what Came in, what Went out and what Stayed in the period, where it came in from, where it went and what’s still pending.
Movements: the ledger of all the money that moved, grouped by day, with the account balance after each row.
Move money
Use Move money for anything that isn’t a sale or an expense: the change you put in the register, an owner withdrawal or depositing the day’s cash at the bank. It never counts as income.
1In Cash flow, tap Move money.
2Choose Money in, Money out or Transfer.
3Enter How much.
4Under The money’s path, choose the account it leaves or arrives at.
5Check the Date, enter What it was for (optional) and tap the button to record it.
How do I fix a movement I recorded wrong?
In Movements, tap Void on the row and enter the reason. Only movements made with Move money are voided this way; a payment or an expense is voided in its own place.
MAYEL’s balance doesn’t match the bank. What do I do?
In Settings → My clinic → Accounts, use Say what it holds on that account. The difference is recorded with its reason.
