In New sale the catalog is on one side and the cart on the other. If you come from a customer’s record (Charge now) or from an appointment you just finished, the sale arrives with the customer and the services already added.
1Tap Start something → New sale, or New sale in Sales.
2Choose the tab (Treatments, Products, Packages or Plans) and tap what you’re selling. If it says Priced per sale, enter what it costs today.
3To change the quantity, price or discount, tap the line in the cart.
4Tap Charge now.
5Choose the customer, or No customer for a counter sale.
6Choose the payment method, enter the amount (if you leave it blank, the full amount is charged) and tap Charge now.
7Review and tap Create sale.
Once it’s created you’ll see Sale created with its Folio. MAYEL deducts the products from inventory, creates the package or enrolls the customer in the plan, applies any deposit they already paid and generates the commissions that apply.
Can I sell without opening the cash register?
Yes. Just keep in mind that the cash register count is built from what’s collected while the register is open.
What if I tap the button twice?
MAYEL guards against double sales: even if you tap twice or the connection drops, the sale is recorded only once.
Why won’t it let me apply a discount?
Each role has a discount cap. If you go over it, ask someone with a higher cap to record the sale.
