Subscriptions and plans
Sell plans your customers pay every month, quarter or year, and keep track of who is on each one.

A subscription is a plan the customer pays for regularly: a facial a month, a quarterly package, a yearly club. MAYEL tells apart the plan (what you sell) from each customer’s enrollment.
Create a plan
1In Loyalty and campaigns → Subscriptions, tap Register → New plan.
2Enter the Name and the Price, and under Charged choose monthly, quarterly or yearly.
3If it includes sessions, enter how many in Sessions included (optional).
4If it gives a discount on everything else, enter it in Discount on everything else (optional).
5Tap Create plan.
Put a customer on a plan
From New sale: add the plan to the sale. The first period is charged and the customer is enrolled.
Without charging: in Subscriptions, tap Register → Put a customer on a plan, choose the customer and the plan, and tap Put on the plan.
If the plan includes sessions, use Use a session on the enrollment’s page each time the customer takes one.
What does Value per month mean?
What all active plans add up to each month. It isn’t money collected: it’s what the plans are worth.
Is pausing the same as ending?
No. Pause the plan stops the charges and keeps the customer. End the plan can’t be undone: if they come back, you sell it to them again.
