Move or cancel an appointment
Reschedule, correct or cancel an appointment without losing its history.

Reschedule
1On the appointment card, tap More → Reschedule.
2If the visit has several treatments, in What is moving choose which ones go to the new time.
3Choose the New day and the New time, and a Reason (optional) if you like.
4Tap Confirm the new time.
Rescheduling doesn’t overwrite anything: the original appointment stays as Rescheduled and a new one is created, linked to each other. If you move only part of it, the original stays at its time with the Part moved tag.
Correct without moving
Edit appointment corrects the treatments, specialist, day, time, room and notes of a Scheduled or Confirmed appointment.
Adjust the duration changes the minutes without moving the start time, even during the visit.
Change the customer moves the visit to the right record if it was booked under someone else’s name.
Cancel
Tap More → Cancel appointment and confirm with Cancel the appointment. The time is freed up and the appointment is kept as Cancelled for the statistics.
I cancelled by mistake. Can I undo it?
Yes. Tap More → Undo and the appointment goes back to Scheduled. A deposit that was cancelled isn’t restored.
Does cancelling an appointment use up the package session?
No. The session is only deducted when the appointment is finished; if it’s cancelled, the package stays intact.
